Return Policy

ARC Nutrition will accept returns on product that is UNOPENED. Please call or email the office at 877-272-3508 or info@arc-nutrition.com before attempting to return a product. The return must be within 6 months of the purchase date. Acceptable returns will result in a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on product from international customers.

Shipping Information

ARC Nutrition uses USPS and FedEx to fulfill shipping. Ground Shipping, under most cases will be fulfilled through USPS Priority. 2nd Day and Overnight Shipping is done through FedEx unless requested otherwise. FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes. The following conditions apply to all shipments, and the completion of your order constitutes your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.

  • Typical orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In most cases, these products will arrive in 2-3 business days, but cannot be guaranteed to arrive in that timeframe. If it is necessary for you to receive the product within 2 days, please select 2nd Day Shipping.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM MST will ship same-day via USPS. Any orders placed after 11:00 AM MST may ship same day or will ship the following day. 2nd Day or Overnight Shipping placed before 3:00 PM MST will ship same-day via FedEx or next day via USPS.
International Orders

ARC Nutrition does ship internationally, with some restrictions. The following conditions apply to all international shipments, and the completion of your order constitutes your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an order to countries which do not allow this type of product. You should familiarize yourself with the restrictions on importing health supplements into your country prior to completing your order.
  • USPS First-Class International Shipping does not have delivery tracking services, and the buyer assumes all risks when accepting this type of shipping (default for all international mail, select "Express" for tracking services). USPS First-Class International Shipping has varying delivery times and the buyer assumes all responsibility. No refunds are allowed for orders which do not arrive. We suggest paying for Express Shipping, which is a trackable service.
  • We take no responsibility for shipments detained or ceased by your government. We are not responsible for how long your product takes to go through customs.
  • We must correctly invoice all products on the Customs form with the exact cost and amount. This may result in increased customs fees for the buyer, which the buyer is responsible for. We cannot write "GIFT" or "SAMPLES" anywhere on the package.
  • If we receive a returned unopened package from your customs department, we will refund the buyer the price of the product, but not the cost of shipping.
  • We do not accept returns on product from international customers.
